Wat als Belgrado haar werkelijke cultuur van verval en nalatigheid zou presenteren als een uniek kenmerk?
De tentoonstelling verkende de grenzen tussen Europese landen, met site-specific werk over plaatselijke, maatschappelijke behoeftes.
Tijdens verkiezingstijd, de periode van beloftes en vergezichten, heb ik mijn eigen opvatting over de toekomst van de stad gepresenteerd.
De openbare ruimte van Belgrado wordt gedomineerd door absurde onafheid en verwaarlozing. Als 'Ontwikkelaar van Veelbelovend Verval' presenteerde ik met affiches en een lezing het plan 'The Unfinishing of Belgrade' .

Group exhibition in Belgrade, as part of the traveling project A.C.T. Democ(k)racy. The exhibition explored the boundaries between European countries with site-specific works about local, communal needs. During the working period it was election time. In that period of promises and distant goals, I presented my own opinion on the future of the city. Belgrade's public space is in general absurdly unfinished and dominated by neglect. Nevertheless the city presents itself as a romantic holiday destination. What if Belgrade would not try to become a western, polished city but would present her true culture of decay and neglect as a unique feature? As 'Developer of Promising Decay' I presented with a lecture and a series of posters throughout the city, my plan for 'The Unfinishing of Belgrade'.
